- The Site is not intended for persons under 18, and the Operator does not knowingly collect data from minors.
- Registration process:
- To access certain features (for example newsletters, saved reviews, or comment functions), you may be required to create a Site Account by providing a valid email address, username, and any other requested information.
- You may be asked to verify your email address through a confirmation link sent to the address you supplied. Until verification is completed, access to some features may be restricted.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) and verification:
- The Operator may, at its discretion, request identification documents (such as a copy of a passport, national ID card, or proof of address) to verify your age, identity, and jurisdiction of residence, particularly where this is necessary to comply with applicable laws or to prevent misuse of the Site.
- Where you open a separate Gambling Account with a third-party operator linked from the Site, that operator will independently perform its own KYC processes, which are governed by its own terms and conditions.
- User obligations:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a Site Account and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for any consequences of providing false or misleading information.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your password or other access details with any third party.

Gambling Accounts with Third-Party Operators
- Separate contractual relationship:
- Any creation of a Gambling Account, placement of Bets, receipt of Bonuses, or use of gambling services associated with the Red Stag brand is governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party gambling operator.
- The Operator of this Site is not a party to that contractual relationship and does not have control over the operation of any Gambling Account.
- Compliance with local law:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that opening and using any Gambling Account, and participating in any betting or gaming activity, is lawful in your jurisdiction. In Australia, the provision of certain online gambling services to persons physically present in Australia without a local licence may be prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act.
- ACMA has taken enforcement actions, including ISP blocking, against Red Stag Casino and other related brands as illegal offshore gambling services. You acknowledge that access to such services may be technically blocked or may contravene Australian law.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Scope of This Section
The Operator of redstag-au.com does not itself offer real-money gambling, accept Bets, or provide casino games. Any actual betting or gameplay occurs exclusively on third-party platforms operated under their own rules. This section therefore:
- explains general principles of betting and gameplay which may be described or reviewed on the Site; and
- clarifies your responsibilities and the Operator's limited role.
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Minimum and maximum stakes:
- Any minimum or maximum Bet limits, pay-tables, or game rules referenced on the Site are provided for information only and may differ from the current rules on the third-party operator's platform.
- It is your responsibility to check and accept the applicable limits and rules on the relevant gambling website before placing any Bet.
- Types of bets and games:
- The Site may describe different game types (for example slots, table games, progressive jackpots, or live casino) available at the Red Stag brand or related brands operated by Deckmedia N.V.
- Such descriptions are indicative and may not reflect real-time availability, restrictions for Australian residents, or current regulatory status.
- Bet confirmation, cancellation and modification:
- Once a Bet has been placed on a third-party gambling platform and accepted under that platform's terms, it will usually be final and cannot be cancelled or changed. Any exceptions are governed by the third-party operator's rules only.
- The Operator of this Site has no authority to alter, cancel, or refund any Bet or game outcome and cannot intervene in individual transactions.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Community Areas
- Prohibited behaviour:
- When using any live chat, forum, comment function, or community feature on the Site, you must behave respectfully towards other Users and staff.
- You must not use offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or obscene language, nor may you harass, bully, or otherwise abuse other Users.
- You must not promote, solicit, or engage in any fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
- Moderation and enforcement:
- The Operator may monitor and moderate content posted on the Site and reserves the right to edit, remove, or disable access to any content which it considers, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, illegal, or in breach of these Terms.
- The Operator may suspend or permanently close your Site Account and, where appropriate, report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
- Third-party live casino environments:
- Any conduct rules, chat policies or sanctions within live casino environments belong to the third-party gambling operator. You must review and comply with those rules when participating in any such services.
Bonus Terms
Informational Nature of Bonus Content
- Non-provision of Bonuses by the Site:
- The Site does not itself grant or manage any Bonuses. All Bonuses are issued, administered, and enforced solely by the relevant third-party gambling operator.
- Any description of welcome offers, free spins, cashback, or loyalty programs on redstag-au.com is provided for informational and review purposes only and may not be complete or up to date.
- Independent bonus terms:
- Every Bonus is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the issuing operator, which you must read carefully before accepting or using the Bonus.
- The Operator of the Site has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, the availability, change, or withdrawal of any Bonus.
Typical Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation conditions:
- Bonuses commonly require a minimum deposit, entry of a bonus code, or opting-in via a promotions page. Time-limited eligibility windows may apply (e.g. 7 - 30 days from registration or deposit).
- Certain payment methods or jurisdictions, including Australia, may be excluded from some Bonuses under the third-party operator's terms.
- Wagering requirements:
- Before Bonus funds or winnings become withdrawable, you may be required to wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount (for example, 30x - 60x). These figures are set solely by the third-party operator.
- Failure to complete wagering within the stated timeframe (for example, 7 - 60 days) usually results in forfeiture of remaining Bonus funds and related winnings.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions:
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Some may be excluded entirely or contribute a reduced percentage. You must check the applicable bonus terms on the third-party site.
- Abuse and unfair play:
- Commonly prohibited behaviours include:
- placing minimal-risk or opposite-outcome Bets to meet wagering with minimal exposure;
- using multiple accounts or collaborating with others to abuse promotions;
- delaying game rounds or using software or devices to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any such behaviour can result in Bonus cancellation, voiding of winnings, and account closure by the third-party operator. The Operator of this Site does not adjudicate or reverse such decisions.
- Commonly prohibited behaviours include:
Combination of Promotions
- Non-stacking of offers:
- Typically, only one Bonus can be active at a time on a Gambling Account unless expressly stated otherwise by the third-party operator.
- Attempting to combine promotions in breach of the operator's rules may lead to cancellation of all related Bonuses and associated winnings.
- Obligation to review operator terms:
- You must review the current promotional terms on the relevant gambling site each time you participate in a promotion, as offers can change at short notice and may be restricted for persons located in Australia.
Payments & Withdrawals
Nature of Information Provided
- No payment processing by redstag-au.com:
- The Operator of redstag-au.com does not process deposits or withdrawals, hold player funds, or operate any payment accounts for Users or Players.
- All financial transactions relating to Bets, Bonuses, or Gambling Accounts are managed solely by the third-party gambling operators to which the Site may refer.
- Indicative payment methods:
- The Site may describe or compare payment methods commonly offered by offshore gambling operators, such as credit/debit cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies. These descriptions are not binding and may not reflect the current availability for Australian residents.
Deposits, Withdrawals, Limits and Fees
- Deposits:
- Details about minimum and maximum deposit amounts, supported currencies, and deposit fees are determined by the third-party operator and its payment processors and may vary by jurisdiction and payment method.
- You must ensure that any payment method you use is held in your own name and is lawfully used in accordance with your bank's or provider's terms and with applicable law.
- Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal limits (daily, weekly, monthly), processing times, and verification requirements (including KYC checks) are set out in the third-party operator's terms and policies. Delays may occur due to such checks or due to external banking or blockchain systems.
- Any applicable fees (for example currency conversion or transaction charges) are determined by the third-party operator and your payment provider. The Operator of this Site does not charge or control such fees.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Refunds and void bets:
- Policies relating to void Bets, game malfunctions, or erroneous settlements are exclusively governed by the third-party operator's terms. Any refunds or corrections are handled solely by that operator.
- The Operator of this Site cannot issue refunds, reverse transactions, or adjust balances on any Gambling Account.
- Chargebacks and disputes:
- If you dispute a transaction or initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider relating to deposits to a Gambling Account, the relevant third-party operator will manage the dispute. You may be liable for any fees or consequences under that operator's terms.
- Bonus-related funds:
- The handling of Bonus funds and related winnings, including forfeiture on breach of terms, is fully subject to the third-party operator's bonus and withdrawal rules.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of information services:
- The Operator undertakes to provide the Site and its informational Services with reasonable skill and care, using best efforts to offer accurate, unbiased reviews and up-to-date information about Red Stag and related brands where possible.
- However, information about offshore gambling services, including availability for Australian players, regulatory status and ACMA enforcement actions, may change frequently, and the Operator cannot guarantee that any content will be complete, current, or error-free at all times.
- No provision of gambling services:
- The Operator does not provide any regulated gambling services to Users or Players in Australia or elsewhere and does not hold a licence issued by Australian regulators.
- Any references to Curacao eGaming licensing status are based on historical claims by Deckmedia N.V. and are not independently verified; no valid licence seal was accessible in the footer of the original gambling site as of June 2024.
Exclusions of Liability
- Third-party services:
- The Operator is not responsible for:

- (b) the total amount (if any) paid by you directly to the Operator for chargeable Services on the Site during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

- Compliance:
- The Operator endeavours to process Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates or targets Users.
- Given the offshore nature of the Operator and the cross-border character of the Services, your Personal Data may be processed and stored outside Australia, including in Curaçao or other locations where Deckmedia N.V. or its service providers are established.
Changes to Terms
Right to Amend
- Updates and modifications:
- The Operator may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in applicable law (such as developments under the Interactive Gambling Act), regulatory guidance, industry practice, or the Operator's business model.
